Chemistry - Calculating concentration?

So we had a lab in class. We took a strip of aluminum (0.679 g) and placed it in 100 mL of lead(II) chloride solution. We left it like that for two days. Then there were lead particles that formed in the solution. We took the aluminum strip out, washed it in acetone and reweighted it (0.600 g). Our teacher gave us this balanced equation for the reaction: 2 Al(s) + 3 PbCl2(aq) --> 2 AlCl3(aq) + 3 Pb(s) . I need to calculate the concentration of [Pb^(2+) (aq)] and [Cl^(1-) (aq)]. How can I calculate this? I know C = n/V . Thanks.
