Where would you cut government spending with the exception of...?

yeah, ObamaCare isn't part of the budget...yet! all the spending is on the back end! that's the ONLY reason it can be claimed that his precious health care scheme won't cost any money! In order to get the budget under control there can be no sacred cows! everything in the budget needs to be cut!
