Caring for a wild baby rabbit?

I recently discovered two baby rabbits my dog had found, the dog killed one and had the other in its mouth. I was able to rescue it and brought it inside. Its eyes are open but it doesn't seem to be able to walk. I don't think the dog paralyzed it because if you pick it up it strains to get away. I hope to get it to a wildlife group in the next few days. At the moment I have it in a basket on a towel. Is there anything I should do until the group can take it? It seems fat enough and stays warm on its own.
