Itchy Red Outer Ear. Looks like its peeling...?

This has happened before but, went away. My ears are warm and itch very bad now they are starting to hurt. It's not the inside of my ear but it is the outside. At the lobe and then up and around to the top. I try my best not to scratch but it itches no bad, Help?
