What are my options for a faulty phone on contract?

i have a nokia e500 with t mobile and it reckons im plugging in headphones and unplugging them all the time. It had this problem before and it was sent off for repair and its started again. Will they end the contract? Or repair a problem that will keep occuring, will they replace the phone with a different model or somethhing? What do u think they will do?
