Nail Help?? Reaally Damaged.?

i just removed my acrylics and ive had acrylics (different sets) for 2 months straight. now they are reaaly really damaged from all the acetone and tearing off the nails. i need a way to make them healthier. so anyway would be helpful! i would prefer home remedies but ill take anything! thanks(:
