How to downgrade from iOS 5 Beta back to iOS 4?

I got my iPhone 4's UDID activated under a developer account for iOS 5. But I need to get my phone fixed from Apple because of a faulty microphone. Can someone tell me how to downgrade so Apple doesn't void my warranty? Thanks:)
