Is it safe to give this to my baby? ?

I am 5 months pregnant and have started buying baby things and what not. I bought this really cute teddy specially made for newborns, and somehow my puppy (who eats everything!) has got hold of it and chewed it a bit. Some stuffing came out but I've put more in and sewn it back together. I have thoroughly washed it by hand, in warm soapy water and tumble dried it. Is it still safe to give to my baby? I'm only worried about germs and things from the dog which are harmful to babies. Thanks in advance :)
