Nose Irritated After Breathing in Chemicals?

I work at a nano technology lab and the other day someone was using a nitrogen gun to clean off their wafer after masking it. (I imagine that the chemicals on there were photoresist, acetone, and maybe some proponal and some others.) It has been three days and I have had no serious side effects, but my nose is extremely irritated. Whenever I breath, especially cold air, my sinus hurts. Should I just wait for this to go away or should I see a doctor?
