What is the easiest, non-painful way to remove acrylic nails?

I've been searching around the internet and i have found some ideas that might work.. (soaking in acetone..using a metal file and floss..) but the metal file and floss one sounds painful! and i am a total wimp when it comes to taking these things off! any suggestions? (: and fast please!
