Windows Vista Download Help?

I was running Windows Vista Business Edition on my laptop, when after a few errors and a faulty system recovery feature, Vista was wiped off of the hard drive. I have the genuine product key, but is there a way to download the Vista install onto a USB drive or CD and then re-install Vista?
