How to relieve muscle aches and pains?

Hey, so yesterday i did a bunch of handstands and cartwheels and backbends and stuff with my cousins without a proper warm up. (stupid i know) We jogged for a bit messing around but not for long. Today my neck and shoulders, my abs, my hips and wrists ache like heck. How can i get this to go? Thanks xD
